Showcase the cultural heritage of the
Orang Asli through community programmes.

Boost sustainable livelihoods of marginalised communities through part-time work.

Empower ordinary citizens to become ambassadors of Malaysian hospitality and tourism.

Jason, United States

That was a wonderful experience- being able to learn about village life from our Orang Asli guides, and our knowledgeable and kind organizers/translators, was an absolutely unique experience. There was clearly a lot of mutual respect and friendship between them all, and that brought a warmth to the tour. Please take this opportunity to see another part of malaysia. It’s well worth it.

Meewun, Australia

It was very special to trek through rough terrain. The guides took it slow so we always felt comfortable and looked after. We heard bird songs and saw some monkeys, all this within striking distance of KL. What makes this trip stand out is that it is low key. We highly recommend the trip and wish the villagers all success for this highly worthwhile enterprise that brings benefits to the locals.

Leslie, Malaysia

MEET OUR VETERAN NATIVE HOST

Raman Bah Tuin is an Orang Asli from the Semai tribe whose efforts in the past decades have helped push the Orang Asli agenda to where it is today in Peninsular Malaysia. Over the last 30 years, he has shared his knowledge and expertise on tradition and cultural practices with hundreds of curious travellers and apprentices that he calls his “students”. He passes on the rich heritage of the Orang Asli through outdoor activities in the jungle, and the preservation of cultural arts and crafts.

After taking a 2-year break since his wife’s passing, he has decided to co-create a Native experience with us in hopes to restore the village’s pioneering campsite gradually to it’s former livelihood.
